14km in Niagara? let's see.....

It's been really hard with the warm weather and going away every week-end to keep with the training schedule!

The challenge is making sure I get out there! BUT it's hard!!!

This week-end we will be in Niagara Falls to celebrate Amelia's 7th birthday!
I have to get my iphone app Runkeeper to map out a run in Niagara Falls!

After having the local paper write an article about my venture it's been really nice
to have patients coming in already eager to give a donation for a lovely apple!

Every donation motivates me to keep going and gets me off the couch!
